What was the highlight of Freij Hotel & Resort
Zero quezzis, happy with you, moving on.
Location was perfect. Close enough to the Centre and amenities. The beach front was just outside. All the Staff super friendly and willing to help out if needed. Stavros the bar manger was great! The shower was super powerful, yes it leak out onto the floor little, but nothing to major I couldn’t handle.
The place isn’t finished yet, and there is a bit of a feel of a building site going on. The place isn’t the most secure and there are various gaps in and around the complex for people to come and go as they please, which includes the car park.

Quiet in the day nice pool , good location Air conditioning was good
Address was wrong , stated 33 when it was 38 and the name was not displayed it was Ramada displayed at the front no mention of freij - not a good start Didn’t expect to have low quality plumbing in a high price hotel-a bit archaic ! Pole above shower was broken Bathroom needed updating , sink was not well situated so water dripped in front of it Hand rail on steps was metal so was too hot to touch !! Table on balcony was marked so looked dirty but old age stains

What was the highlight of Freij Hotel & Resort
Beautiful room
The room was spacious, newly built and clean. The balcony was a very good location to admire the sea view. The entrance is through Ramada hotel and there is access to their pool.
I did not like the breakfast, after 3 days of eating the same things over and over again I felt the need of going to the restaurants. I also asked for an iron 5 days in a row and …nothing. Maybe once it will be fully built those things will improve.

It’s in a good area and close to everything
Had to remind staff 3 times about providing clean towels and cleaning the room however the toilet it door facilities were well taken care of
